My research work focuses on the study of the microstructure of bulk and Nano-confined Binary Liquids (NBLs). This has been done by performing extensive computer simulations of molecular dynamics. We studied the effect of confinement on the structural properties of NBLs (by means of different pore sizes and confinement types) and identified these effects on the formation of a microscopic phase separation at the nanoscale. We also study extensively the formation and evolution of the H-bonding network in NBLs at different scales.
